Requesting information now
Send an initial access enquiry to privacy@swipe.co.za. Describe the record, your interest in it and the form in which access is requested. We will identify the correct prescribed form, responsible body and verification required.
What remains before publication
- verify the exact registered entity name, registration number and address;
- appoint and register the Information Officer and any deputies;
- complete the current private-body PAIA manual template;
- identify record categories, automatically available records, request fees and contact channels;
- obtain legal review and publish the approved manual in the required form and languages.
