1. Website operator
This website is operated by SWIPE.co.za in South Africa.
2. Informational purpose
The website describes SWIPE's product direction and current operating capabilities. It is not a binding offer, financial advice, accounting advice or a guarantee that a feature or provider integration is available for a particular merchant.
3. Product availability
Availability depends on the signed agreement, rollout scope, supported environment, provider certification and applicable law. Development proofs, controlled pilots and planned features are not generally available merely because they are discussed on the website.
4. Acceptable use
You may browse and share ordinary links to the website. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, evade security controls, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code or use the website in violation of law.
5. Intellectual property
The SWIPE name, logo, website content, software descriptions and original materials belong to SWIPE.co.za or the applicable licensor. No right to use a trade mark, source code, private documentation or product data is granted except through an express agreement.
6. Third-party links
Links to external sites are provided for context or access. External services are controlled by their own operators and terms. SWIPE is not responsible for an external site's availability, content or independent processing.
7. Reasonable accuracy
We work to keep public information accurate and to label meaningful availability boundaries. Retail operations and integrations change. Contact us before relying on a page for a purchase, rollout or compliance decision.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product liability and service commitments are governed by the applicable signed agreement.
9. Privacy
Our privacy notice explains personal-information processing. Our cookie notice explains current browser-storage use.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will publish the effective date. South African law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer or other protections that apply to a particular user.
